The Nikon Structured Illumination Super-resolution Microscope realizes resolution of up to 115 nm in multiple colors (405, 488, 561, 640). We are able to capture imaging in 2D,3D (with Piezo stepping) and TIRF mode, in both fixed and in some live cells.
The Nikon A1R is a laser scanning confocal equipped with resonant scanner that allows user to scan up to 400 fps. Nikon Biostation Incubator Microscope
The Biostation is an all-in-one, incubator microscope unit designed specifically for performing very long-term, multi-spot live cell imaging, The Biostation software can perform live cell imaging on multiple, stitchable spots on the sample, greatly increasing the experimental throughput as well as the field of view without losing resolution. The system can image red and green fluorophores in combination with phase contrast.
Nikon AZ-100 & Nikon AZ/C2 Macro Confocal
The AZ-100 Multizoom is a covers an extremely wide range of magnifications, from 5x to 400x, effectively combining the advantages provided by stereo zoom microscopes and compound microscopes. Thanks to a smooth zooming mechanism and a unique triple nosepiece, the AZ100 can continuously switch magnifications, extending from macro to micro observation of the same specimen.
We are also able to convert our AZ-100 to an AZ/C2 macro confocal which allows for the capture of confocal images allowing for better resolution of 3D specimen.
The Nikon A1R-MP is an upright mulitphoton microscope tailored for deep-tissue imaging . The system is equipped with resonant scanner, making this an ideal system to perform intravital imaging, even on rapid biological processes.
Nikon STochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscope
The N-STORM is able to achieve the highest resolution of all light microscopy systems within the Center for Advanced Microscopy. Although only a limited amount of fluorphores are available for this system, a lateral resolution of approximately 20nm, and axial of 50nm can be achieved.
