C2+ Multispectral Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope

The C2+ multispectral laser scanning confoca replaces our previous C1 system. This instrument is capable of performing multispectral unmixing just like its cousin A1R. Equipped with 405nm, 458nm, 514nm, 488nm, 561nm, and 647nm laser, it allows users to perform fundamental laser scanning confocal image acquisition as well as emission fingerprinting. Unlike its predecessor, the C2+ system is driven by Nikon Element NIS.

The system is also equipped with a TOKAI HIT stage top incubator for live cell imaging.
